Barrie Maguire produced, engineered and played bass on Supply And Demand, the new album from Amos Lee (Blue Note). He also produced and engineered tracks on Lee’s self-titled 2004 debut album, Amos Lee (Blue Note), as well as two earlier EP’s with him. Other recent production and/or engineering work includes albums with Jackie Greene (Verve), Australian singer-songwriter Kara Grainger (Craving Records) and Ben Arnold. Barrie first gained notice as the bass player with both The Wallflowers and Natalie Merchant in the late 1990’s, before making his mark as one of the most promising, creative new producers around.
