Neal Casal's guitar, piano and backing vocals are featured prominently on the 2007 Ryan Adams & The Cardinals album, Easy Tiger, which entered the Billboard chart at #7. He also took the photos that are on the cover and inside of the album. Neal has been on the road with Ryan & The Cardinals for much of the last 3 years and is currently enjoying a few months off from tour.

In addition, Neal's been recording some new songs and playing a few shows with his band, Hazy Malaze. His most recent solo album, No Wish To Reminisce, was released in 2006 in Europe on Fargo Records and was followed up by the just-released companion album All Directions, a collection of rarities, demos and live tracks from the last few years. Neal's first solo album, Fade Away Diamond Time, was released in 1995 and he's gone on to release 12 more albums over the last 13 years, as well as touring and playing on albums with Ryan, Lucinda Williams and many more...
